We only accept images that appear to have been taken in a public outdoor setting where privacy is not being invaded. Persons venturing outdoors in a nude (or partially nude) state in plain view of the world can only expect to be seen (and even recorded). We will not display content taken through windows or other invasive means such as “up-skirts” . We also will not accept a pictures of minors(anyone under 18) unless fully clothed & not of a sexual nature. We ask for “Non-Exclusive” & “Open-Ended” rights. These mean that you still own your pictures , retain all rights, & you can show them anywhere else you want.

Since the images on this site are "documentary" in nature and fall into the category of Photo-Journalism, formal permission is not required from the persons appearing in the images . The persons depicted are generally individuals who draw attention to themselves by appearing, behaving, or performing in public in a manner that is regarded as taboo by most of society. It is therefore of historical, sociological, and general informational value that we present here a forum within which these recordings can be shared in a private setting. If you should see yourself or someone you know in one of the pictures and believe that you have a right to insist on removal of the image from this site, we will consider your case. You must present your circumstances in a reasonable manner and send at least one photo for identification purposes.
